Veterinarian proof is required. Q). What does the non-refundable application fee cover, and why is it non-refundable? A). An application fee covers our cost to screen perspective applicants. The majority of the application fee is associated with obtaining a credit and background report from the bureaus. Our staff must collect and verify all information on your application before a decision is made. Therefore, the application fee is non-refundable due to the costs of processing an application regardless of whether the application is approved or declined. | Q). Will the first applicant with their "foot in the door" get the apartment? A). Not necessarily. Once an application and deposit is submitted for an apartment home, there will be a short window for verification of information contained in the application. If the application is strong, we may offer you another comparable apartment home in a different building within the community. |
